Imtiaz is the founder and driving force of Dove Properties Management and a chartered accountant with extensive experience in the finance and real estate sectors. He has spent over 15 years building a diverse client portfolio and oversees all operations. Previous works include serving as financial controller for the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC). In addition, he sits as company director for numerous SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles)

Mohammed’s experience spans large-scale development projects, design and business transformation. He serves as the creative director of Vernice Design, a hybrid creative agency and is a leading technology consultant for large UK institutions.

Under Imtiaz’s mentorship, Khaleel’s property career has been focused around driving long-term growth of client portfolios. His experience spans acquisitions, including off market sourcing, sales, purchases and property management for high net worth clients and companies. He also has extensive experience in tenant and client relationships, from individuals to large organisations.

HEAD OF PROJECTS
Mazhar brings over 10 years of experience through operational, strategic and transformation roles across a range of sectors including real estate, finance, retail, manufacturing, FMCG and logistics. In addition, Mazhar also has experience in liaising and tendering with architects, councils, development contractors right from the initial design stages through to project completion.

LEGAL
Mike spent nine years working in the legal department of Ford Motor Company, where he gained valuable experience and insight into corporate real estate. He has since used this knowledge to advise property investors and developers, providing structuring advice for acquisitions and disposals. Mike's focus is on keeping all dealings as simple and straightforward as possible to ensure clarity and understanding for all parties involved.
